DCA's landmark research study, Capitalising on Culture sponsored by Deloitte, ANZ, King & Wood Mallesons and Goldman Sachs, found an encouraging depth and breadth of cultural and linguistic diversity at the most senior levels and in the leadership pipeline in five leading organisations, but also revealed a need to capitalise more on talent who possess a non-English speaking cultural identity.

While astute employers understand that leveraging cultural diversity has considerable benefits for business in terms of improved productivity and innovation, access to talent and developing new markets, getting cultural diversity on an already crowded diversity agenda in an organisation can sometimes be a challenge.
