Flexible working and workforce participation for under-represented groups are increasingly becoming mainstream employee relations concerns, rather than just diversity or HR concerns. We are delighted to invite you to attend the next event featuring The Hon Bill Shorten MP, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, as our keynote speaker.

Minister Shorten will discuss the intersection of workplace relations, diversity and HR and will explore common ground between the three.

This is an unparalleled and exclusive opportunity for DCA members to meet Minister Shorten, hear about the Government’s employment agenda and ask questions in an informal environment amongst other diversity practitioners.

Dianne Banks, Employment Law Partner at Gilbert + Tobin will also present on legal aspects and Gilbert + Tobin's approach and achievements in diversity.
