Taking an intersectional approach to gender equality

Intersectionality refers to how some people experience overlapping discrimination due to belonging to more than one marginalised group. For our D&I work to be truly inclusive, it needs to be intersectional.
At this event, we will explore new resources for members that DCA has developed to help them better understand intersectionality, and how they can apply this practically in their organisations.
