
DCA’s CEO Roundtable brings together leaders from member organizations for an in-depth discussion on advancing diversity and inclusion.
At this roundtable, DCA’s CEO, Catherine Hunter (she/her), facilitated a dynamic lunchtime conversation exploring a wide range of topics. Leaders reflected on leadership approaches, the importance of doubling down on purpose and values, and how flexibility and choice can support inclusive work environments. The discussion also delved into building meaningful connection and support networks across both physical and virtual workplaces.
The roundtable provided an opportunity to share insights and experiences, reinforcing the importance of intentional and values-driven leadership in driving inclusive workplace practices. The conversation also touched on broader themes such as social class inclusion, inclusive recruitment, AI in hiring, and strategies for cultural change and flexibility at work.
